How do I assign each section of your template

Recently, we talked about the possibility of an alternative design of modules and blogs Joomla through the use of suffixes CSS-classes. But this is not the only way to change the look of individual pages. In Joomla there is a possibility to assign to each of the sections of your site template.

  1. Avtorizuemsya in the administrative panel of Joomla
  2. Choose from the menu Site -> Templates -> Templates Site (Site -> Templates -> Site templates)
  3. Opens Template Manager
  4. In the list, select an alternative template that we want to designate certain areas and push the button Appoint (Assign)
  5. In the list, select the pages to which we want to appoint a selected template. If you need to get your template to appear on several pages, notes the position by using Ctrl.
  6. Push the button Save (Save)
