In this release, we cannot support the output of accents and special characters as your language may require. We would have to change the encoding of html output by Joomla to UTF-8. This can not be done for a specific component. It has to be done for the entire site. It's a complicated process that has about 10 steps.   - can you please be more specific? As far as I know, you can not changed encoding to UTF-8 on a component by component basis. THX!
