Support
We offer our products ‘as is’, with no implied meaning
that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party
components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or
otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Joomla
etc. A public support forum is available to registered members on the site for community-based support.
We do not commit to monitor these forums, but we
reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
Warranty
As detailed on our Terms & License page, we do not warranty or guarantee these products in any
manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party
components as there is currently no certification process for such
components. Browser compatibility should be tested on the demo prior to
subscription. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with
the products as we cannot guarantee that the products will function
properly with all browser combinations.
